ServCo Sports Inc. was founded in 2016 in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province one of China's primary sporting goods manufacturing hubs. From the start, the focus was singular: build premium carbon fiber pickleball paddles for brands that compete at the highest level.
We own our production facility. That means full visibility into every stage from raw carbon fiber to finished, packaged product. No subcontracting, no quality gaps, no surprises on delivery.

Carbon Fiber Manufacturing
In-house T700 and raw carbon fiber layup, pressing, and surface finishing. Full control from sheet to finished paddle face.
Core Production
Polymer and Nomex honeycomb core cutting and bonding. Thickness from 13mm to 18mm, tuned per spec.
OEM Customisation
Custom shape tooling, logo printing, edge guard colour, grip wrap, and full custom packaging design and production.
Quality Control
Every batch passes dimensional checks, weight tolerance tests, and surface inspection before leaving the facility.
Export & Logistics
In-house documentation for DDP and FOB terms. Regular shipments to North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
