Step 01 - Brief & Discovery
Tell us what you need
Share your playing style, brand positioning, and target market. We use this to define the paddle profile speed-oriented, control-focused, or a tuned hybrid before touching any materials.
Step 02 - Custom Shape Design
Engineered from scratch
Our engineers develop custom blade shapes, face dimensions, and throat geometries that aren't available off-the-shelf. Every millimetre of the shape is tuned for your intended playing profile.
Step 03 - Material Selection
Carbon, fibreglass, or hybrid
Choose from T700 raw carbon, standard carbon fiber, woven fibreglass, or custom hybrid layups. Core options include polymer honeycomb, Nomex, or composite alternatives each tuned for stiffness, pop, and feel.
Step 04 - Weight & Balance Tuning
Precision to the gram
We adjust weight distribution through core density, edge guard mass, and handle composition. Head-heavy for power players, handle-heavy for control or a dead-balanced touring spec. Weight tolerance held to ±2g.
Step 05 - Grip Customisation
Handle length, circumference & wrap
Standard, extended, and tour-length handles available. Custom circumference sizing, bevelled or round grip profiles, and branded grip tape in any colour. Butt cap design and branding included.
Step 06 - Sample, Review & Approve
Play it before you commit
Prototypes delivered in 15-20 business days. Play-test the paddle, review branding, and request adjustments. Full production only begins once you sign off no surprises at scale.

Start with 5-10 play-test samples. Once approved, scale to full production with no re-engineering. The spec is locked and repeatable.
