Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging ServCo Sports Inc. for manufacturing services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you are acting on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

ServCo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued engagement following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Our Services

ServCo Sports Inc. provides the following B2B manufacturing services:

OEM paddle manufacturing using client-supplied or ServCo base specifications

Private label production using ServCo certified paddle models with client branding

Custom paddle development including shape tooling, core specification, and surface selection

Branded packaging design, production, and fulfilment

All services are provided exclusively on a B2B basis. ServCo does not sell directly to end consumers.

Orders & Agreements

All orders must be confirmed in writing via a signed purchase order or written email confirmation. Verbal agreements do not constitute a binding order.

Orders are subject to the following conditions:

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply per model — 100 units for most models, 200 units for the Junior range

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit payment

Specification changes after production commencement may incur additional charges

ServCo reserves the right to decline orders at its discretion

Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change based on material costs, order volume, and currency fluctuation.

Standard payment terms:

50% deposit required to commence production

50% balance due prior to shipment release

Alternative payment terms may be agreed in writing for established partners

Accepted methods: T/T bank transfer, LC at sight

Late payments may result in order delays or suspension of production. ServCo reserves the right to charge interest on overdue balances.

Production & Lead Times

Standard production lead times are 20–30 business days from deposit receipt and artwork approval. Lead times for custom tooling or new model development may be longer and will be confirmed in writing at the time of quotation.

Branded sample lead time: 10–15 business days

Standard OEM production run: 20–30 business days

Custom development orders: 35–50 business days depending on scope

Lead times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside ServCo's control including material supply delays, public holidays, or force majeure events. ServCo will communicate any delays promptly.

Shipping & Delivery

ServCo ships to all major international markets. Available shipping terms are FOB Guangzhou and DDP to destination port or address, as agreed at the time of order.

FOB: client assumes responsibility from port of loading in Guangzhou

DDP: ServCo arranges full delivery to client's specified address, duties and taxes included

Shipping costs are quoted separately and confirmed prior to dispatch

Risk of loss transfers to the client upon handover to the freight carrier under FOB terms

ServCo is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier delays, or events beyond our control once goods have been dispatched.

Quality & Returns

All paddles are inspected before dispatch. ServCo warrants that goods will conform to the agreed specifications and be free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment.

Claims process:

Quality claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence

Defective units confirmed by ServCo will be replaced or credited at ServCo's discretion

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect specification provided by the client, or minor cosmetic variations within industry tolerance

An acceptable defect rate of up to 1% applies to all production runs per industry standard

Intellectual Property

All client-supplied artwork, logos, and branding materials remain the intellectual property of the client. By submitting artwork to ServCo, you confirm that you have the right to use all elements contained therein.

ServCo retains ownership of all paddle designs, tooling, moulds, and manufacturing processes developed by ServCo, including those developed for custom orders, unless explicitly transferred in a separate written IP agreement.

ServCo will not reproduce client branding or artwork for any third party without express written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared in the course of a business relationship, including pricing, specifications, product roadmaps, and commercial terms.

This obligation survives the termination of any order or agreement for a period of two years. ServCo will not disclose the existence of a client relationship to third parties without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

ServCo's total liability to any client in connection with any order or agreement shall not exceed the total value of that order. ServCo is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit, loss of market opportunity, or reputational damage.

Nothing in these terms limits ServCo's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.

For international clients, disputes may alternatively be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), as agreed in writing between the parties.
